When we first met Sundance, they looked and sounded just like all of the other companies flying helicopter tours from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Their service offering was premium but none of their brand touch-points reinforced that. Our approach, beyond elevating the design to be more in line with other luxury offerings, was to steer clear of the typical “Here’s what you get, and here’s how much it is” trap that everyone else was stuck in, and bring the human story to the forefront. As it turns out, the sky truly is the limit.
