IT’S JUST A CHICKPEA, MAN

Sometimes having a great concept, deliciously healthy food, and a memorable brand just isn’t enough. Even in a culture where people are constantly looking for a healthier quick alternative, when your menu items have names like Hummus, Tabbouleh, Laffah, Baba Ganoush, and Shwarma, you may have to work a little harder to entice people to give it a try. So we brought in gourmet cues, broke the dishes down into their familiar, domestically sourced ingredients, and lightly played on everyone’s sense of adventure. The result: we were able to make the unusual familiar, and increase trial in even the most meat-and-potato markets.
