Dry Town

Fort Collins, CO. U.S.A.

A LITTLE BIT OF REBEL SPIRIT IN ALL OF US.

From 1896–1969 Fort Collins, Colorado was a dry town. The residents relied on bootleggers for their libations. In 2016, Old Elk Distillery created Dry Town Gin & Vodka to celebrate the repeal of that 73-year prohibition, and to carry on the energy of the moonshiners that defied the rules of their day. We built the site for Dry Town in that same spirit–to speak to individuals that like to live on their own terms. These original products are hand-crafted with real ingredients to taste unlike anything else available today. A great deal of time was spent perfecting the recipes. For the site, we wanted to showcase that same level of attention and detail, and capture the lifestyle of those that understand that the road less traveled is usually the most interesting path.
